Because our candles are poured to order, items are normally shipped within 48 to 72 hours after the receipt of your order. During the Holiday season, we do try to ship within this timeframe, but because we receive an extraordinary number of orders during this period, delays during November and December are possible. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you placed your order, we will email or phone you to inquire if you want to keep your order open until this item is back in stock, or if you prefer to cancel your order. Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and accurate e-mail address.
Please triple check the shipping address on your order to insure the address is error free. Be sure to include any special suite or apartment numbers, otherwise the order may be returned to us due to insufficient address. The orders that are returned will be charged additional shipping for secondary delivery. Free shipping will not be applied twice for orders that meet those conditions prior to the return. Customers will be contacted and made aware of the any delivery issues. If the returned order is then cancelled by the customer, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and any original shipping cost will be forfeited. Any remaining balance will be credited back to the customer's credit card.
Please inspect your Nouvelle product thoroughly when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within three days of receipt of candle and we will exchange it. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot replace merchandise for any reason other than defect or damage.
